Leak: Monster Java Cold Brew Release Expected January 2022

As first seen on Instagram by @monsterenergy.uk and then rendered by @markiedevo for our viewing pleasure, the hype for the new Monster Java Cold Brew is building. Here's what we know so far.

According to @markiedevo, there are two versions of Monster Java Cold Brew that will launch in the United States in early 2022. Reportedly, the two versions will be sweetened and unsweetened. @markiedevo was able to confirm the release at NACS (Convenience Store Trade Show) expo in Chicago.

From the image shown above, shared by the UK Monster Instagram account, Java Cold Brew looks to come in the typical 16oz Monster can. We'll be on the lookout for caffeine content as more information is released or leaked. Cold brew coffee typically contains more caffeine than a typical cup of coffee, so it will be intriguing to see if Monster matches that energy by upping the ante past their standard 160mg. 300mg Monster, anyone?

According to Reddit user u/adamdc94, the Monster Java Cold Brew lineup will drop in the US in January 2022, giving additional clarity on the early 2022 timeline. Fingers crossed that January 2022 won't be a "paper launch" and that we'll actually be able to get our hands on it. Monster's strategic partnership with Coca-Cola usually translates to excellent distribution, so we're optimistic.
