Starbucks Baya Raspberry Lime

Overall Score
/10
Introduction
This is Starbucks Baya review 3/3, so I'm ready to rock and roll. Day 1 with Pineapple Passionfruit set the bar at DECENT. Day 2 with Mango Guava blew the ceiling out with a top tier score of 9/10. Let's see how Raspberry Lime stacks up.
Taste
9.4
Is Starbucks putting the sugar form of MSG into this? Why are they so good?
I expected a subtle raspberry & lime flavor, a la Le Croix, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The flavor hits like a delicious wave, and while it does have a slightly bitter aftertaste, it's not even close to as strong as Pineapple Passionfruit.
The mix is about 60% raspberry, but the lime cuts it nicely, and you can taste the 12% fruit juice.
Appearance
8
Going to stick with the 8/10 that I gave the previous two Baya drinks. They're eye catches and stand out from the rest of the field.
Kick
7
160mg of caffeine. 22g of sugar. Perfect for my mid-day coffee substitute since I'm back in the office.
Conclusion
Bottom line, this drink is delicious. Just like Mango Guava, it's the best energy drink I've had that emphasizes the fruit flavor itself.
