Reign Orange Dreamsicle
Reign Orange Dreamsicle tastes like an orange creamsicle. It has a lot of caffeine, hence only recommended for those over 18. Sorry for the rhyme, but this drink is not worth your time.

Intro
Reign Orange Dreamsicle tastes exactly like an orange creamsicle. Not only would that make a horrible one-liner in a soundcloud rapper’s 27th album, but it is also a terrible idea for an energy drink. I genuinely believe that someone who works at Reign Enterprises or whatever they call themselves had his or her child come up with a flavor. The only reason I rated this drink as high as a 4 (one of my lowest rated beverages) is due to nostalgia. I used to wait for the ice cream truck to come to the pool, then beg my mom to buy me something. Those were amazing and simple times, but to be completely honest, I did not even like the orange creamsicle then. Why a grown adult would think that choosing the worst item off of an ice cream truck to replicate as an energy drink is beyond me. That being said, I will provide my professional thoughts and opinions throughout this review.
Upside
If you really like orange creamsicles, you might just enjoy Reign Orange Dreamsicle. It does go down pretty smoothly for such a highly carbonated energy drink, and I can see how it might be refreshing on a hot summer’s day. It packs 300mg of caffeine per can (18.75mg/floz) which is enough to wake anyone up. It also contains only ten Calories and is filled with BCAAs, CO-Q10, and electrolytes (which is true for all Reign energy drinks).
Downside
I personally love orange drinks, but this one does not live up to expectations. The taste can be described as an orange creamsicle from the ice cream truck that was melted, mixed in with lots of caffeine, then carbonated. If you still think you would enjoy it, then you do you. Unfortunately, it is not only the taste that is lackluster, but so is the kick. It has 300mg of caffeine, which is an incredible amount, but the mouth feel and how it makes you feel directly after drinking it leaves something to be desired. It will work eventually once the caffeine hits (which is why it is still an 8/10, 300mg is a lot of caffeine), but there is no instant gratification like there is with Spike or some of the other Reign energy drinks. Moreover, the can is probably my least favorite of all the Reigns. The Reign logo is neat (slightly above average), but the orange mixed with yellow is just gross.
Upshot
Reign Orange Dreamsicle is the liquidated, caffeinated, and carbonated version of an orange creamsicle. It is a directly worse version of Quake Orange Fusion and orange vanilla soda in my opinion. It may have a lot of caffeine, but does not deliver as much of a kick as other energy drinks with the same amount due to a lackluster mouth feel. As the ancient text says, “One Reign to rule them all,” but this definitely ain’t it chief.
